Since 1996, Family Friends has provided quality home health care to elderly and disabled persons in the New England area. Our mission is to allow clients to continue living an independent and joyful lifestyle, in a safe environment where they are most comfortable - their homes. We provide comprehensive services which are designed to assist clients with their activities of daily life. We offer a variety of options and services, including full or part time hourly staff - day or night, as well as 24 hour live-in caregivers. This flexibility allows Family Friends to meet all of your home health care needs.

If interested in our services, you can expect a free initial evaluation and assessment. As a Family Friends' client, we will develop an individualized plan of care with detailed instructions for the caregiver on how to meet your particular needs. Our philosophy is to promote consistency of care by providing the same primary caregiver to our clients throughout our relationship. This ensures that the highest quality of care and accountability is provided at all times. In addition, caregivers are always available for you to interview before they come to your home.

We believe clients should be completely satisfied with our services. This is accomplished through our continued focus on client service, regular review of your plan of care and self-evaluation of our policies, procedures and employees.

Our staff is available 24 hours a day/ seven days a week to ensure no concern goes unaddressed. I am proud of the work we do as a home care company and enjoy the opportunity to make a difference.
