Based on the needs of the client a CNA, HHA or Companion, will be assigned to the case.
Assigned Case Manager:
- 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; an on-call case manager is available for full support. If there ever is an issue, we will be there guaranteed!
- Replacement coverage for staff.
- Routine visits to maintain client satisfaction.
- Free in-home client assessment.
Staffing options:
- Live-In Care: One to seven days a week. Billed on a per day rate.
- Hourly Care: Day, evening and night coverage on a part-time or full time basis.
- Respite: Provide relief coverage for family or staff on an as needed basis.
Services our staff can provide, but are not limited to:
- Companionship
- Cooking and meal preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Errands and shopping
- Personal Care
- Transportation
- Ambulation and transfer
- Assistance with reminding to take medication
