In 1995, Gus began working in health care for a local nursing home as a dietary aide. Finding great enjoyment in talking and working with the residents, Gus became a Certified Nursing Aide by completing the Red Cross CNA course and state exam. Working with his brother, Gus originally provided direct care for clients in the Greater Boston area. Using the knowledge and experience gained by providing both direct patient care and case management with families, Gus has a keen understanding of meeting client's individual needs for homecare services. Gus currently is working on overseeing the multi state growth of Family Friends in both new locations and specialties.

I have worked as a registered nurse since 1984 in areas, which include chronic care, acute care oncology, rehabilitative nursing care, public health and hospice. My background in healthcare management and direct patient services gives me a detailed understanding of our client's needs and the resources to meet those needs. I am excited to be working with clients and their families to provide services, which enable them to be at home. I am proud of the work that we do as a home care company and enjoy the opportunity to make a difference for others.
In 2000, while working as a staff nurse for a large community hospital, I began consulting for Family Friends Healthcare. In 2007, I came on board full time as the Nursing Director.

Since joining the company in 2000, Scott has managed all aspects of the company. Currently Scott oversees the logistics and day to day operations of all healthcare workers and Clientele. He resides in Millis with wife Sharon and daughter Allyson.

Bob joined Family Friends in 2007, specializing in placing RNs in hospital settings. After gaining substantial experience in healthcare, Bob quickly found a strong connection to working directly with families in finding the perfect match for their home care needs. Bob works exclusively as a case manager, coordinating client and employee services. Bob lives with wife Shira and son Callum.
